Arcadis has recently supported Blackstone on the Technical and Carbon Due Diligence for its circa €2.3 billion acquisition of Proudreed’s industrial real estate portfolio and operating platform in France.
Completed on 5 May 2026, the transaction is one of the largest industrial real estate transactions in France in recent years. The portfolio comprises approximately 500 industrial assets nationwide, including 67 secured development projects, representing around 2 million square metres of industrial and logistics space.
Arcadis supported Blackstone on this significant transaction by delivering portfolio‑wide Technical and Carbon Due Diligence services. This included comprehensive site inspections across all assets and the preparation of both portfolio-level and asset-level reporting. The Due Diligence focused on asset condition, capex & risk, and compliance with French technical and sustainability regulations.
Given the scale, complexity and accelerated timeline of the project, 120 Arcadians across France, Spain, the United Kingdom, Poland, Germany and the United States were mobilized, supported by Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centers, enabling coordinated delivery at scale.
