Posted on February 26, 2025

Arcadis, a global company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets, has appointed Ana Stanojevic as Practice Group Manager in London to lead its Workspace Practice.

Stanojevic brings over 20 years of experience in leading workplace transformation strategy, most recently as Workplace Strategy and Development Lead at Nokia. Prior to that, she held senior workplace advisory roles for industry titans Cushman & Wakefield, JLL and CBRE.

Combining occupier strategy, advisory, design, technology and more, Arcadis says Stanojevic will build on the company’s “enviable track record in creating some of the world’s best workplaces,” with a focus on high-quality, flexible, amenity-rich spaces that attract and retain the best and brightest employees for clients in an evolving world.

Stanojevic joins an established leadership team and over 100 registered architects who work across the UK from Arcadis’ design hubs in London, Manchester, Brighton, and Cardiff.

Speaking about her new appointment, Stanojevic said: “Arcadis has an outstanding record of creating exceptional environments that place human connection, productivity, and sustainability at the forefront. I am eager to lead the Workplace practice, focusing on seamlessly integrating the hybrid workplace environment, behaviour, branding, technology, and sustainability to empower your teams to thrive today and into the future.”

Aaron Little, Occupier Sector Leader, Arcadis UK and Ireland, commented: “In an ever-changing world, we continue to help clients navigate the shifting workplace, talent and productivity landscape, helping organisations to transform the way they do business. Ana brings industry-leading expertise in creating workplaces optimised for occupiers and their evolving needs, allowing us to further deepen our specialist expertise in this high growth area. Arcadis is better positioned than ever to positively impact on the strategy, design, development and resilience of the UK.”
