Mr. Martinez, a second-generation professional surveyor having over four decades of experience in the surveying industry.
Eddie brings a wide variety of multidisciplined hands-on surveying expertise to Arc, including topographic and hydrographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, deep foundation construction layout, wetlands delineation, and subsurface utility engineering. His technical skills with GPS, robotic total stations, UAV lidar/photogrammetry, hydrographic sonar systems, GPR, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Carlson Civil Suites, will enhance Arc’s innovative data collection techniques and assure strict compliance with Arc’s cost and quality control procedures.
He is the prevailing expert in Florida’s longest boundary dispute case (15 years of litigation, resolved at the Third District Court of Appeal level).
He holds formal education in paralegal studies with a specialization in real estate law.
He has served as a professor of land surveying and engineering mathematics, mentoring the next generation of surveyors and engineers.
