With Congress in recess during the month of August, there is no new movement on FY23 Appropriations. The end of FY22 is on September 30, so we expect action soon on a Continuing Resolution to fund the federal government (until a date as yet to be determined), but likely after the November mid-term elections. We are continuing to track AIWA funding and the table below reflects the current allocations with the likelihood of over $100 million in funding for the AIWW/IWW/NJIWW between FY22, FY23 and IIJA Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act, once the final Appropriations bill is passed later this year or in early 2023.
