The work consists of furnishing one (1) hydraulic cutterhead pipeline dredge and attendant plant necessary for the removal and satisfactory disposal of shoal material from the lower Mississippi River and Southwest Pass within the limits of work as shown on the Contract Drawings. Work shall be performed where directed by the Contracting Officer as determined by surveys in accordance with the provisions of these specifications. The estimated time for completion is 150 calendar days. The estimated value of this work is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The solicitation will issue on or about 17 JUN 2015, and a bid opening date will be established in a future amendment. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS Code 237990.
