The Western Dredging Association (WEDA) has partnered with the Hydrographical Society of America (THSOA) to better promote the goals and objectives of both organizations. With hydrographical surveying an essential part of dredging projects, the partnership will benefit members of both organizations by expanding the knowledge base.
Under the partnership agreement, the organizations will exchange educational information relating to dredging and the hydrographic industry, cross promote events and exchange exhibit space at national and regional conferences.
A sampling of upcoming joint events include: THSOA Chapter meetings, the 2019 WEDA Midwest Chapter Meeting, THSOA 2019 Conference, WODCON XXIII and WEDA 2019 Dredging Summit & Expo.
