Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests MUST be submitted by email to info@westerndredging.org.

• Refunds will be issued for the total registration amount less:
  • 10% cancellation until April 1, 2024, + $50 processing fee.
  • 25% cancellation from April 2nd to May 15, 2024, + $50 processing fee.
  • 50% cancellation from May 15th to June 7th, 2024, + $50 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after June 7, 2024.
  • If the show is canceled due to county restrictions, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future Dredging Summit & Expo.
