Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests MUST be submitted by email to info@westerndredging.org.

• Refunds will be issued for the total registration amount less:
  • 10% cancellation from February 15, 2023, to May 1, 2023, + $50 processing fee.
  • 25% cancellation from May 2nd to June 15, 2023, + $50 processing fee.
  • 40% cancellation from June 16th to July 5, 2023, + $50 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 5, 2023.
  • If the show is canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will receive a full refund or credit towards a future Dredging Summit & Expo.
