The Board of the Pacific Chapter of WEDA invites submission of abstracts for a technical presentation or poster at their Fall 2018 conference in Honolulu, HI. New to the 2018 conference is an additional half day of conference proceedings to provide attendees more presentation time slots. There will also be a poster session and additional marketing opportunities for attendees may be available, upon request. In addition, the conference will be held Tuesday through Thursday instead of following our regular Wednesday through Friday schedule.
Presentations and posters on all aspects of dredging and disposal, navigation structures, environmental restoration, and related topics are welcome and presentations specifically relevant to West Coast issues or projects are encouraged. Please limit abstract to one page. If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to give a presentation on that subject at the conference. You will not be asked to write and submit a technical paper.
The deadline for submission of abstracts has been extended to Friday June 15, 2018. Please specify if you are more interested in a presentation or poster.
