Van Oord’s chief financial officer Arjan van de Kerk is to retire at the end of the year after 18 years at the company.
The Dutch outfit said today that Jolanda Poots-Bijl will take on the role from 19 September.
Poots-Bijl has held several senior finance positions in the last 25 years. She is currently CFO at the IT based company Ordina and was previously CFO at construction company Volker Wessels.
