Rotterdam, the Netherlands, 10 April 2026 – The General Meeting of Shareholders of Van Oord N.V. was held on 9 April 2026. During this meeting, the Annual Financial Statements were adopted and the shareholders granted discharge to both the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board for their stewardship throughout the 2025 financial year. They also thanked all Van Oord employees worldwide for their contributions and for their flexibility, loyalty and strong commitment, particularly during challenging times.
Composition of the Supervisory Board
Mr Kretzers has been reappointed for another four-year term in 2026. The Supervisory Board consists of seven members: Mr Oosterveer (Chair), Ms Fentener van Vlissingen, and Messrs Laurent Josi, Kretzers, Van Oord, Sevinga and Valkier.
