Van Oord completed the acquisition of Delta Marine Consultants Singapore and Delta Marine Consultants Indonesia from BAM Infraconsult bv. With this acquisition Van Oord will further strengthen its engineering capabilities and enhance its local presence.
Delta Marine Consultants Singapore and Delta Marine Consultants Indonesia possess highly skilled and experienced engineering specialists. The combination of both teams will bring dedicated expertise in coastal engineering and design of maritime structures, and in-depth 3D drawing and modelling capabilities.
The acquisition is fully in line with Van Oord’s strategy to build a synergistic portfolio of marine businesses, and strengthens our engineering capabilities to address increasing project complexity and demand for integrated solutions. We are convinced both teams will be of added value to our Dredging & Infra and Offshore Energy business units.
