USPA to Carry Out Dredging on the Danube River

SE “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” (USPA) announced the procedure for open tender on the choice of contractor for operational dredging of the Danube River in the water area of Izmail and Reni seaports. The Izmail branch of USPA will be the customer, reports UkrAgroConsult.

Dredging should be completed before March 31, 2019. The expected cost of work is UAH 35.815 million. The volume of dredging is 200 thousand cubic meters.

In 2018, USPA plans to increase dredging in ports in comparison with the previous year’s volume by 68% – to 11.823 million cubic meters.
