The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District has received a request to amend the Mitigation Banking Instrument for the Stipson’s Island wetland mitigation bank in Dennis Township, Cape May County, New Jersey. The Stipson’s Island wetland mitigation bank is approved to provide compensatory mitigation credits for Department of the Army permits. More details are available in the “Public Notice” attachment. Public comments are due by Aug. 28, 2020.
