The applicant requests approval for the construction of a new public marina, to include dredging and new mooring structures. The site was historically occupied by a marina which was removed in 2014. The location for the proposed activity is 924 Bay Ave, City of Somers Point, Atlantic County, New Jersey. More details are available in the “Public Notice & Plan Details” attachment. Public comments are requested by March 19, 2022.
