Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Patrickson Toussaint, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Command Sergeant Major recently visited the Huntington District. During his visit he focused his time on speaking directly with the workforce of Bluestone Dam, Winfield Locks and Dam and Marietta Repair Station. He spoke about issues that are important to the workforce and he took note of concerns that he could take back to headquarters to help address and he shared his leadership philosophy built around the acronym PEOPLE—Passion, Empowerment, Ownership, Priorities, Loyalty and Empathy.
