Two Rivers Harbor dredging delayed again until at least 2028

TWO RIVERS – The city of Two Rivers will be waiting at least another year before seeing any work on dredging the Two Rivers Harbor.

According to a Facebook post from “Two Rivers, WI, City Hall,” the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said the project, which is already delayed, will likely be done in 2028.

Why dredging is needed at Two Rivers Harbor

The Two Rivers Harbor typically requires dredging every five years to remain open and safe to the commercial and personal boats using it.

The harbor was last dredged in 2020.
