Convent, LA – Turn Services, LLC (Turn Services) is pleased to announce it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of St. John Fleeting, LLC and its affiliate companies (St. John Fleeting). St. John Fleeting is a multifunctional inland marine and transportation company that has been a leader in the maritime industry for 50 years, offering fleeting, transportation, stevedoring, barge repair, and dock transfer services.
St. John Fleeting’s commitment to its people, safety, and superior customer service and satisfaction precisely aligns with Turn Services’ core values and service offerings. Located at Mile Marker 140, St. John Fleeting’s fleet can accommodate up to 300 barges, including dry, liquid, pressure, CDC, deck, and oversized barges. Turn Services’ acquisition strengthens its operational capabilities and strategic footprint within the Lower Mississippi River.
