Notice is hereby given that SEALED PROPOSALS for:
MAINTENANCE DREDGING Project No.: BAYV-CBMD24
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SEALED PROPOSALS for “Maintenance Dredging” will be received by the Village Administrator of the Incorporated Village of Bayville at Village Hall,
34 School Street, Bayville, New York 11709, until 11:00 AM, Prevailing Time, on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read.
Plans and specifications may be obtained on or after June 20, 2024, via email by sending a request to: DredgeBayville@gmail.com, or by downloading them from the Village’s website at:
Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF BAYVILLE, as
assurance that the bid is made in good faith.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities in and to accept such bids which, in its opinion, are in the best interests of the Village.
Please note the Village office, website, and the project email DredgeBayville@gmail.com are the designated locations and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. All
bidders are urged to register their interest at DredgeBayville@gmail.com to ensure receipt of all necessary information, including bid addenda. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered
plan holders via email.
