Tina Armstrong named to Sustainability Magazine’s Top 250 Women in Sustainability list

Arcadis, a global leader in intelligence-driven sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets, is pleased to announce that Tina Armstrong, Ph.D., Global Sustainability Director at Arcadis, was named one of Sustainability Magazine’s Top 250 Women in Sustainability.

The annual list celebrates women sustainability leaders globally who are driving change, fostering innovation, and championing environmental practices. Armstrong’s inclusion in the 2025 list underscores her leadership and dedication to integrating sustainable practices into Arcadis.

Armstrong has been with Arcadis for over 20 years. In her role, Armstrong co-leads Arcadis’s sustainability strategy for client solutions, our own operations, and our people & communities to accelerate a planet positive future. She has been a driving force for advancing the company’s sustainability agenda. Her team’s accomplishments include publishing Arcadis’s first Climate Transition Plan that outlines how the company will achieve its climate goals, launching over a dozen sustainability-focused training modules for all Arcadis employees globally, and securing approval from the Science Based Targets initiative for Arcadis’s first net-zero greenhouse gas emissions reduction target.
