  • 2016-00173-46 – FAA Announcement

    Expiration date: 10/9/2020

    The City of Philadelphia Division of Aviation announces the availability for review of a draft Environmental Assessment for the proposed West Cargo Redevelopment and Expansion Plan at the Philadelphia International Airport. The purpose of the proposed action is to meet the current and future needs of air cargo at the airport and improve airport safety. Public comments are due by Oct. 9, 2020.   • 2018-1013-39

    Expiration date: 10/9/2020

    The applicant, JPC Group, Incorporated, proposes to reconfigure an existing port facility by filling in a lagoon that was formed after a previously existing bulkhead failed, install a reverse “Z” shaped high deck, install 6 breasting/mooring dolphins, 2 turning dolphins and remove an existing earthen pier. The location for the proposed work is 2600R Penrose Ferry Road, in the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. The applicant’s stated purpose is to create an updated port facility for the use as a marine construction yard and dock facility; and for loading and unloading of bulk materials and equipment.   • Special Public Notice – PASPGP-6

    Expiration date: 10/4/2020

    The purpose of this 30-day Public Notice is to request comments on whether to issue, for a five year period, the Pennsylvania State Programmatic General Permit 6 (PASPGP-6). Comments are requested by October 4, 2020.

    Expiration date: 9/24/2020

    The applicant has applied for a 10-year maintenance dredging permit. The applicant proposes to conduct hydraulic dredging of approximately 200 cubic yards of accumulated sediment to a depth of -5’ MLW at a private boat dock within the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal northeast of the intersection of Pilottown Road and New Road in Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware. The dredged material will be hydraulically pumped to an existing confined upland disposal site located at the western end of Anglers Road. Public comments are due by Sept. 24, 2020.
