This prestigious honor recognizes Bill’s incredible contributions to the marine construction and dredging industry. For over 50 years, Bill has led with vision, determination, and innovation. His leadership has shaped landmark projects like the emergency repair of the Bay Bridge after the Loma Prieta earthquake, numerous Sacramento Delta levee repairs, driven company growth through strategic acquisitions, and left an indelible mark on the industry.
