Wednesday afternoon is set aside for targeted advocacy. We will discuss ASBPA’s legislative agenda and how to have an effective meeting with your legislator or agency during the sessions.We strongly urge you to schedule advocacy meetings for Wednesday afternoon in advance of your travel.
Meetings with Members of Congress or their staff: ASBPA has a legislative agenda, and your organization may have some agenda items as well, that need to be discussed with legislators.
ASBPA is arranging for a number of advocacy meetings with agencies such as NOAA Office ofHabitat Conservation, BOEM, FEMA, and USACE. The registration form provides you with the opportunity to sign up for one of these meetings.
