Tender documentation for two dredging projects in “Yuzhny” seaport was updated in e-procurement system “Prpzorro”, says Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority.
The working group of experts from Ukrainian Seaports Authority (USPA), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), as well as the law firm Arzinger has simplified the documentation in line with best world practices.
Renew tender documents in English will be presented in “Prozorro” system in a few days.
In particular, the package of documents is now clearly defining payment terms and order, clear warranty policy, penalties, risk insurance etc. In addition, the updated version reflects the conditions of the model contract of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and meets the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
In order to conduct an audit of tender documentation and analysis of compliance of tender conditions with legal requirements the deadline for submission of proposals for the dredging works in the port of “Yuzhny” was extended by 2 months.
The matter concerns two projects: Construction of object “Reconstruction of sea approach channel and internal water approaches to deep-water quays of Yuzhny sea port (construction and assembling operations) and Construction of object “Reconstruction of water approaches, maneuvering areas and operational aquatic areas near quays in consideration of advanced cargo tonnage of sea port “Yuzhny”) (construction and assembling operations)
