We’ve done a triple transaction! Sullivan Street Partners has acquired TMS Ltd
and Hesselberg-Hydro, two leading providers of marine infrastructure services, as well as Marine Plant Hire UK Ltd, a marine plant charter supporting marine construction activities.
We have integrated these companies, which specialise in repairs, construction and redevelopment across waterways and tidal environments, under the Ancora Group, with the aim of expanding their presence across the UK.
