Building and Land Technology may not have permission to build a boatyard on Southfield Avenue but the company does have the go-ahead they need to prep the waterfront for the project.
The developer has to dredge part of the Stamford Harbor so larger boats can get to the operations area of their proposed boatyard, and the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection this week gave the OK for it.
