Skudeneshavn, Norway, headquartered Solstad Offshore ASA reports that its wholly owned subsidiary Partrederiet International Offshore Services ANShas sold the 2003 built AHTS vessels Lady Astrid and Lady Caroline.
According to the Equasis data base, Lady Caroline had been laid up since April 2016 and Lady Astrid since June 2017.
Solstad Offshore says that delivery of the vessels to the new owner took place today, Wednesday March 17, 2021, and that the sale of the vessels will result in an immaterial accounting effect for first quarter 2021.
