The bulk of dredging works were performed at the Volga-Caspian, Kaliningrad, Azov-Don and Taganrog canals. Besides, maintenance dredging was also performed in water areas and at the approaches to sea ports of Arkhangelsk, Makhachkala, Tuapse, Temryuk, Kavkaz, Yeisk, Shakhtersk, Ust-Luga and Novorossiysk.

According to the statement, significant economic effect and the effect measured by volume of repair dredging was achieved due to deployment of the company’s own dredging fleet. In 2016, Rosmorport acquired new non-self-propelled cutter-suction dredger Peotr Sablin for operation at the Volga-Caspian seaway canal. Arkhangelsk Branch deployed self-propelled dredger Severnaya Dvina with a hold capacity of 2,000 cbm. Azov-Black Sea Basin Branch took the delivery of self-propelled dredger Kadosh, North-Western Basin Branch – self-propelled dredgers Kronshlot and Sommers.
