Welcome aboard to our 2025 UK graduate engineers and apprentices!
We’re delighted to have Lewis, Joshua and Jack join us as Graduate Mechanical Design Engineers. Over the next two years, they’ll rotate through different departments – including electrical, draughting, production and projects – as they build the foundations they’ll need for their future careers.
We’ve also welcomed three new apprentices! Apprentice Draughtsperson, Nathanael, and Multi-Skilled Apprentices, Joshua and Evan. Already one month in, they’re working alongside our seasoned teams gaining the experience and skills to make sure they have an impact from the very start.
The new ideas and fresh perspectives they bring is a reminder of why investing in local talent and supporting early careers is so important. We look forward to watching them all develop their skills with Royal IHC UK!
