We’re making great strides on our latest project for Arab Potash Company – an all-new, fully electric salt harvester! This specialised floating pontoon will be used to harvest carnallite (potassium salt) in the Dead Sea area in Jordan.
At the moment, our multidisciplinary team is working hard across multiple locations on fabrication, assembly, and welding of the harvester’s components. The four tracks – designed for reliability and easy maintenance – performed successfully during this week’s tests! Together with the track suspension and steering system they will minimise downtime and maximise performance for our client!
We’re excited to see this customised solution take shape and look forward to more updates as we move closer towards delivery.
