Rohde Nielsen is an innovative marine contractor in dredging and offshore industries, continuously expanding its fleet, technologies and operational capabilities. To optimise their dredging operations, Rohde Nielsen asked MAHI to enable ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฒ navigation of their ๐๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ ๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐.
In ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ณ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ๐, we installed the MAHI remote operation system onboard two of their barges, Hugin and Munin, and commissioned aย ๐ณ๐๐น๐น๐ ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ at their home port in Grenaa, Denmark. After the installation, we trained Rohde Nielsenโs ROC captains so theyโre fully equipped to take control from shore.
