A meeting of legislators with districts along the St. Johns River turned tense Wednesday when Rep. Charles Van Zant sharply criticized Riverkeeper Lisa Rinaman and her position on proposed dredging.
After Rinaman concluded her remarks to the St. Johns River Caucus on a separate issue — the water-policy bill now before Gov. Rick Scott — Van Zant rose to ask questions about her ongoing lawsuit against the Jacksonville Port Authority.
