We’re on-site at a water treatment plant in Oklahoma City, tackling a large-scale lagoon cleanout, dewatering, and biosolids removal project. Using 12 mobile belt filter presses, a fleet of semis, trailers, and dredging equipment, our team is working efficiently to restore capacity and keep operations running smoothly.
What makes this job unique? The lagoon holds residuals from Hefner Lake, treated with lime to purify drinking water. The result? Crystal-clear water above, nutrient-rich lime residuals below. These solids settle rapidly, producing clean water and a byproduct that benefits local farms.
Once dewatered, the lime-based material is hauled to agricultural fields, where it helps balance soil pH and boost crop yields.
From water treatment to farmland, this is sustainability in action—turning waste into a resource and supporting both communities and agriculture.
