Regner Swim Pond dredged for new aquapark

The West Bend Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department works with BMCI Construction to dredge the Regner Park Swim Pond to get ready for the opening of the Westbury Bank Aqua Park on June 6.

WEST BEND — The city announced on Thursday that the West Bend Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department and BMCI Construction dredged the Regner Park Swim Pond, 800 N. Main St., in preparation for the new Westbury Bank Aquapark that will open on June 6.

According to West Bend, the Regner Swim Pond has a new deepest point of 15 feet, which is to accommodate some of the aquapark’s inflatables.

Season tickets are on sale for the Westbury Bank Aquapark through May 31 online at tinyurl.com/4nz9r39s.

Tickets cost $8 for each two-hour segment. Two-hour segments run from 11 a.m.1 p.m., 1-3 p.m., 3-5 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. The Westbury Bank Aquapark will be operational during regular swim hours at Regner Beach, weather permitting.

In addition to $8 single-session tickets, a punch ticket is also available for $70 and it is good for 10 visits to the aquapark. Punch tickets are only available from Wednesday through May 31, and they can be picked up at the Regner Park Beach House beginning on June 6.

According to the city’s website, there are also discounts on single-session tickets for groups of 10 or more. Groups of 10 or more will receive a discounted rate of $7 per ticket, and groups of 20 or more will receive a discounted rate of $6 per ticket. For groups of 20 or more, call the Parks office directly, at 262-335-5080, to book your visit to the aquapark.
