We’re carrying out sand renourishment and beach profiling on the Portarlington main beach over the coming weeks to:
• Repair damage caused by the highly variable spring weather.
• Boost shoreline resilience against coastal erosion.
• Improve beach access for everyone this summer.
Heavy machinery will be operating on the beach, and some areas will be closed during works.
For your safety, follow signage and stay outside exclusion zones.
