Pittsburgh Corps of Engineers District Gets New Leadership

Col. Bernard R. Lindstrom, Pittsburgh district engineer, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will transfer leadership of the Pittsburgh District to Col. John P. Lloyd during a traditional military change of command ceremony July 29.

The ceremony will be held starting at 11 a.m. at the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall & Museum, 4141 Fifth Avenue, Pittsburgh.

Maj. Gen. Donald E. “Ed” Jackson Jr., U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, deputy commanding general for civil and emergency operations, will preside.

The Pittsburgh Corps district includes West Virginia.
