PETALUMA, CA — Patch reader Terri Satterfield sent in this photo of dredging taking place Oct. 2 on the Petaluma River.

“The mighty Petaluma River dredging taken at the Foundry Wharf looking north with iPhone 7,” Terri wrote in an email to Patch.

Petaluma’s historic D Street Bridge remains closed to all traffic until Tuesday for the river dredging project that is expected to open up the basin and bring more tourism to the city.

Thanks so much for sharing your photo with Patch readers, Terri!
