Orion Marine Construction Inc., Tampa, Florida, was awarded a $40,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for Atchafalaya Basin, Gulf Intracoastal Waterway dredging. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 27, 2025. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, Louisiana, is the contracting activity.
