Bids were solicited via the web with four received. Work will be performed in Sargent, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 8, 2027. Fiscal 2025 operation and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $86,347,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, is the contracting activity.
