New Flooding Bill Proposes to ‘Cut Through Bureaucratic Problems’

The opposition spokesperson on the OPW and Flood Relief, Eugene Murphy, announced a new bill on Thursday, which he said will address legislative issues surrounding the management of the Shannon.
