The Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) Ltd. will begin its overseas dredging project at Mongla Port in Bangladesh by this month end, said DCI Chairman and Managing Director Rajesh Tripathi.
Discussions were also going on with BEXIMCO for one more prestigious overseas project at Kutubdia in Bangladesh and if it was taken up, it would be a one-year project of capital dredging and nine years of maintenance dredging, he said, during the 69th Republic Day celebrations at the company premises on Friday morning.
Recently, the DCI got maintenance dredging project of Kochi Port, and called upon one and all to work with steadfast commitment towards achievement of the corporation’s goals.
