Moffett & Nichol adds $84 million to Previous Award of $264 million for Engineering Services for Waterfront Projects in Hawaii

Moffatt & Nichol – Burns & McDonnell Hawaii, Large Business, Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded an $84,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to a previously awarded contract (N62478-20-D-5035) for architect-engineer services. This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $264,000,000. The contract modification is for design and engineering services for various waterfront projects. Work will be performed at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Hawaii area of responsibility, including Hawaii (95%); and other South Pacific islands (5%), and is expected to be completed by March 2026. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2026 operation and maintenance (Navy) funds and military construction funds will be obligated on individual task orders.
