The crew of the ELMER M had the honor of leading the 59th Annual Parade of Lights in Oxnard, CA. A long tradition for the Ventura Harbor County Department and the Channel Islands Harbor community, the evening event features decorated boats cruising through the harbor.
Led by Manson Captain Jon Hook, the ELMER M played holiday music and navigated the parade with its candy cane themed vessel.
A special thanks to the Candy Cane crew for decorating the tug including Engineers Andrew Hoffman, Mike Williams, Jack Templeton, and Zach Adams.
The ELMER M won first place in the commercial/non-profit/government category!
