Sergei Milushkin, Director General of Special Economic Zone Lotus PJSC held negotiations on cooperation with a number of companies within the framework of the 3rd International Forum of Dredging Companies organized by Media-Group PortNews and held in Moscow on February 26, 2016.
SEZ Lotus PJSC says the negotiations were held with Hydromec, Royal IHC (IHC), DE DONGE SHIPBUILDING, ZPMC LLC.
Special industrial and economic zone of Astrakhan (Lotus SIEZ) is established in the Narimanovsky District of the Astrakhan Region. It will cover 9.8 square kilometers. Shipyard Lotus (USC) is the key resident of the SEZ. The shipyard specializes in construction of sea and river class ships and block-modules for fixed platforms’ superstructures.
SEZ Lotus is a basic platform for implementation of USC import substitution programme.
