Lake Zumbro Dredging To Start Monday

The planned dredging of Lake Zumbro is scheduled to begin next week.

Construction activity will happen along White Bridge Road Northeast, between Lake Zumbro and the disposal site. The work will take place on the shoulder and ditch.

Drivers in the area should watch out for construction vehicles and pipe delivery trucks.

The current work will include construction and installation of high-density plastic pipe, which will be used to transport dredging material from the lake to the disposal site.

It’s anticipated to be completed by Dec. 31.
