Meet Margot, Operational Superintendent, working on a new deepwater port in Senegal.
On board our most powerful dredging vessel, Willem van Rubroeck, Margot shapes the dredging strategy together with the project managers ashore and the captain.
Margot: “My job here is incredibly diverse. It is a very intense profession. I work seven days a week, twelve hours a day. But after six weeks of work, I get six weeks of leave. I enjoy that free time twice as much.”
