Halfway there at Thor.
We have just installed the 36th of 72 monopile foundations for Denmark’s largest offshore wind farm.
Our heavy-lift vessel Les Alizés is handling the transport and installation with precision, using its motion-compensated pile gripper and 5,000-tonne crane.
With the capacity to carry five foundations at once, the team has kept a strong pace since the start in May 2025.
Once complete, Thor will have an installed capacity of over one gigawatt.
Enough to power around one million Danish households with green electricity.
