According to a recent filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Dimensional Fund Advisors LP of Austin, TX has recently raised its percentage of ownership of Orion to 7.4%.

Dimensional was founded by billionaire David Booth, who has been recognized for making one of the largest gifts ever to an American university, pledging $300 million in November 2008 to the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business, which is now named after him as The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Orion Marine’s stock price has doubled in recent months.
