Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co. LLC, Houston, Texas, was awarded a $16,069,475 firm-fixed-price contract for one fully crewed and equipped self-propelled trailing suction type hopper dredge. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in New Orleans, Louisiana, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 5, 2024. Fiscal 2010 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $16,069,475.00 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans, Louisiana, is the contracting activity.
