The Which Way is the Wind Blowing? An Update on the Offshore Wind Industry panel highlighted the progress being made to install wind turbines on the East and Gulf Coasts of the United States, along with plans in development for the West Coast. With several projects under construction, and many more in planning stages, power is already flowing into America’s electric grids. In this conversation, ports, government, and private partners discussed lessons learned and challenges facing offshore energy in the United States.
